Just one more example of why I love Ellen.

I am going to play this to myself like every day until this message sinks in. No joke. Because I started this as a way to deal with the feelings of worthlessness and low self esteem that I was experiencing and it’s really important that I don’t substitute one kind of perfectionism for another.
